Maria Sikoutris Di Iorio, MA, Ed.S., LPC is a licensed professional counselor and marriage and family therapist, graduate of Seton Hall University with a Post Master's as an Educational Specialist and Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Ms. Sikoutris-DiIorio has been counseling with individuals, families and couples for over seventeen years. She is a member of the National Council of Self Esteem, New Jersey Counseling Association and Marriage and Family Therapy Association. She has been certified in Behavioral Systems Theory from the Multicultural Family Institute studying under the direction of Dr. Monica McGoldrick and a team of professionals. Currently, Ms. Sikoutris-Di Iorio is working with The Georgetown Family Center in Washington, DC., and The Princeton Family Center, Princeton, NJ coaching on a weekly basis and participating in their training programs for further study and supervision in Bowen Family Systems Theory. Ms. Sikoutris-Di Iorio has also taught at the Rutgers School of Social Work.

Ms. Sikoutris-DiIorio’s private practice in Scotch Plains is available to clients day, evening and weekend hours. In addition, she has been treating individuals, families and children in The Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health Care System intensive out-patient department in Newark, New Jersey. She has extensive experience in working with individuals with addictions and has over four years of experience counseling halfway house prisoners in Talbot Hall and Delaney Hall correctional centers. Ms. Sikoutris-Di Iorio specializes in working with couples dealing with issues of conflict and specializes in marriage and family therapy. She has been helping couples improve communication, resolve conflict and deal with issues of infidelity. Oftentimes she will meet with the entire family if necessary in order to assess the role of each family member and will make the proper recommendations.

In addition, Ms. Sikoutris-DiIorio has presented numerous workshops for the Elizabeth Court House on parents experiencing divorce (protecting the children), parenting workshops, and building self esteem. Ms. Sikoutris DiIorio has extensive experience working with the Juvenile Conference Committee and was Court Appointed Advocate for Union County interacting with Division of Youth and Family Services, Catholic Charities and foster care.

She is the past Owner and Director of The Westfield Diet Plan. A program that believes it’s not what you are eating, but rather what is eating you. She focuses on building women’s self esteem and self image and counsels on food addictions/eating disorders.

As a group facilitator, she has delivered programs such as: self esteem, assertiveness, stress management, 12 step programs, addictions and recovery, parenting workshops, anger management, improving communication, resolving conflicts and infidelity. She has also appeared as a guest speaker on Comcast Television promoting women’s self esteem issues.

Jeffrey Wolff, MD Psychiatry

Jeffrey Wolff MD is a graduate of Downstate Medical School in New York and did his psychiatric training at the New York University/Belevue Hospital Center. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He specializes in treating Mood and Anxiety disorders, Attention Deficit Disorder and Sleep Disorders. He is experienced in treating patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse problems. He has been in private practice in Morristown since 1989, treating patients from age 6 and up.

Doctor Wolff has been a member of the Medical Staff at Morristown Memorial Hospital for almost twenty years where he has been the Director of Outpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services and a member of the Department of Psychiatry Research Committee. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and is a member of the department's long term planning committee.

Christina Ortiz Juguilon, MSW, LCSW, ACSW, BCD


Christina Ortiz Juguilon, MSW, LCSW, ACSW, BCD is a Psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and New York. She is also licensed to practice with a LISW in Ohio. Ms. Ortiz is a graduate of Marywood University, Graduate School of Social Work and obtained her MSW in 1999; and her BSW from College Misericordia (now Misericordia University); and B.A in Psychology from Wilkes University. Ms. Ortiz Juguilon is a Board Certified Diplomate (BCD) and also holds NASW’s Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW).

Ms Ortiz Juguilon has completed advanced clinical training in two evidenced based treatment modalities: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT). She also completed advanced clinical training in Couples and Family Therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family.

Ms. Ortiz Juguilon is experienced in individual, couples, family and group psychotherapy. When working with clients, Ms. Ortiz provides a safe and secure environment. Ms. Ortiz Juguilon approach is collaborative and influenced by Bowen Family Systems/Family of Origin; Attachment Oriented Theory (Bowlby); Emotionally Focused Therapy (Johnson and Greenberg) and Humanistic (Rogers). She also incorporates other theoretical approaches but not limited to Psychodynamic; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other treatment approaches.

Ms Ortiz Juguilon has experience working with Military population. She provided couples and family therapy services for returning Afghanistan and Iraq Veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs. She also provided Individual and Couples/Family Therapy and Family Psycho-education at Department of Veterans Affairs- Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Center for Veterans diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness.

Christine Ferro, MSW, LCSW


Christine Ferro, MSW, LCSW is a psychotherapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Certified School Social Worker in New Jersey. Christine received a MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work and a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies, with honors in Psychology from Drew University. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Christine is experienced in providing individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. In her clinical work, a great emphasis is placed on helping clients to achieve emotionally intimate relationships that are both safe and nurturing. Her theoretical approach to therapy is influenced by Bowen Family Systems Model and Minuchin’s Structural Family Therapy Model. Christine has completed advanced clinical training at the Minuchin Center for the Family.

Christine has gained a wide array of experience working in and conducting research in the areas of sexual and domestic violence. She is a certified rape care advocate with the Essex County Rape Care Center and certified trainer in the Green Dot Bystander Intervention Model to help end violence against women. Her extensive research on the topic of marital rape was also published in the Journal of Interpersonal Violence. Christine has also facilitated psychotherapy groups for victims of sexual and domestic violence and for adults coping with grief from a loss or trauma.

Christine also has experience providing therapeutic services in various school districts to children, adolescents, and their families particularly those experiencing emotional, physical, and academic difficulties. Specifically, Christine has facilitated individual counseling sessions and student psychotherapy groups in elementary, middle, and high school settings. She has also served as a mentor for children classified with having autism spectrum disorders, and children with physical limitations.
