Announcing… Self-Esteem Workshop Groups
We are proud to present a five-week series titled: “What is Self-Esteem?” In
this workshop participants will learn:
- The characteristics of healthy and unhealthy self-esteem
- How your inner voice contributes to your self-esteem
- Why you say “yes” when you really mean to say “no”
- How people use food, alcohol and drugs to mask how they really
feel and what this does to self-esteem;
- How you can restore your sense of self-esteem and the steps
that must be taken to achieve this.
Also, learn how low self-esteem can affect your children and those around you. Learn these steps and more in this new Self-Esteem Group.
Please call 908 322-0112 for dates and scheduling.
