Announcing… Girl’s Empowerment Group Ages 11-15

We are proud to present a four-week series titled: “What is Self-Esteem?”

In this workshop participants will learn:
  • How I think others see me and how I see myself – self image/self esteem
  • Pressures of teenage life and how to cope
  • Dangers of Facebook and other social networking sites
  • Relationship with peers and dating
  • What is healthy and unhealthy self esteem
Also, learn how low self-esteem can affect you, your friends and school life.

This workshop is being facilitated by Christine Ferro, LCSW. Christine has extensive experience working with adolescent girls both in the school district and in private practice. Christine has been leading girls empowerment groups and believes in helping girls build their self esteem.
